HEAD CHEF

We are currently looking to recruit a Head Chef/Senior Chef to manage the day to day running of the kitchen. Using all fresh food, we can seat up to 45 covers and always expect the highest possible standards. As Head Chef/Senior Chef you will be given input into the menu and will be expected to set an example to the junior chefs.

Requirements:

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Chef looking for extra responsibility in a fresh food environment. Candidates must be able to cope well under pressure and have plenty of fresh menu ideas.

BARTENDERS/WAITING STAFF

 We are currently looking to recruit and experienced Bar Tenders/Waiting staff to work Weekdays and Weekends (Friday PM, Saturday PM and Sunday (any time).

Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Bar tender or as a waiter/waitress. 

You must be willing to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, be flexible and hardworking.
